TradeVault offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No refunds will be provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TradeVault and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your trade data, and grant us a license to use it solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TradeVault does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Analytics and insights generated by the Service are for informational purposes only. We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradeVault operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
